YOUR TASKS:
– Providing 2nd line IT support for an international users after training provided by Hemmersbach
– Troubleshooting and configuring of Microsoft Windows System
– Liaising with users from different departments
– Analysing and solving problems

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent English Skills (speaking & writing)
– Basic knowledge about PC, Windows OS, network
– Openness for new experiences and eagerness to learn
– Highly developed communication skills
