Currently, For one of our client, we are looking for the best candidates for the role of:
Trainer
Location:Katowice
Responsibilities in the role:
• Develop material and coordinate the execution of training initiatives for on-line, round tables and in class room deliveries
• Create and maintain a trining and development plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan
• Co‐operate in preparing the training needs analysis when requested and communicates the outcome to the management team
• Follow up on the training effectiveness evaluation process in order to identify areas to improvement
• Communicate identified needs and potential solutions to the management team
• Co‐operate with supervisors by giving feedback on new emerging issues that are identified
• Co‐operate with senior management in all aspects of continuous improvement and total quality management in the items of his/hers area of responsibility
• Assist all new hires by performing on the spot call monitoring, coaching and keeping track of their progress and performance in low training periods
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in trainings, preferable in Contact Center industry
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong technical skills: familiarity of Mac OS X applications, Mac OS X operation system, softwear&hardware is a must
• Ability to manage training groups (preparation, coordination and facilitation of learning initiatives)
• Customer Service focus
• Usage of MS Office
