Currently, For one of our client, we are looking for the best candidates for the role of:

Supervisor
Location:Katowice

Responsibilities in the role:
Daily supervision and promoting the development of a team of advisors including:
• Staff supervision
• Handling of staff escalations
• Identifying staff training and development needs
• Monitoring and measuring of advisor level performance
• Providing regular coaching
• Providing formal and informal performance feedback
• Promoting of positive employee behaviors by leading by example
• Mentoring
• Measuring and reporting on call/contact center performance
• Participation in hiring, and training development as needed

Requirements:
• At least 1 years experience in Contact Center industry
• Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficiency in team management skills
• Proficiency in employee development hiring, coaching, mentoring
• Ability to share operational improvement and take action with other teams
• Ability to manage projects to improve employee performance
• Usage of MS Office
• Knowledge of Mac OS environment
• Familiarity of Mac OS X Application
