Your Task
- Providing remote L1 support to end-users (Win10 mobile App, Ticketsystem and dispatch system)
- Analysing problems related to software and implementing correct resolutions
- Opening, closing & monitoring of the incidents in the ticketing system
- Communicating with the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
- Creating and updating knowledge articles

Our Requirements
- Excellent English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
- Previous experience with remote support for international clients
- Flexibility, independence and strong time management skills
- Readiness to work on shifts (12:00 – 24:00 to support the U.S. customers)
