Currently, For one of our client, we are looking for the best candidates for the role of:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Location:Katowice

Responsibilities in the role:
• Conduct remote transaction monitoring in order to ensure that Contact Centre employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations and provide excellent support while they contact customers
• Identify opportunities for improvement and report accordingly, based on internal procedures

Requirements:
• At least 6 month experience in quality assurance area, preferable in Contact Center industry
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent written and verbal communication: excellent grammar, spelling and sentence construction
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
• Math & Analytical skills
• Computer literacy & typing 35 wpm
