Cultural centers are under local governments and now what is happening incorrectly to the detriment of the culture of musical activities, etc., community centers are mainly ruled in a given poviat, for example, a boomer and other officials who do not have a clue about creating music of culture and I know that they determine who will apply and who will take to work etc and now it happens in community centers people often work with no idea of music art ordinary administrators officials who have no sense of art at all and now they are responsible for the current level of music in rural towns for promoting music without the level of proverbial chaltura there is no censorship , what counts is inviting your favorite performer, that is, for example, a clerk in the house of culture in the house of culture likes disco polo, he orders a concert of a disco polo star, he often ate all his senses, so he does not listen to the adviser of his work colleagues, e.g. professional musicians, because he thinks that how he governs it has the power and the final money over the community center, no one can advise him anymore nor to harm, therefore, unfortunately, nowadays, the community centers are empty, closed rooms with a key, saving on electricity, gas, equipment, etc., do not want to let young, talented people, artists, musicians, people who could influence the development of cultural art and improve the quality, because now, when the old generation of musicians has died and the next one is leaving there is really no level of practicing development music, less and less good concerts of classical jazz blues rock are organized and disco polo and other simple music that should rather be performed at events such as wedding, feast etc.
Another thing closes the doors of cultural centers against the legacy of the nation's folk music, tradition, regionalism, beautiful contemporary music of the 21st century, 20th century. Honestly, I had experience with community centers and employees and many times I wrote a letter to the management or supervisory bodies, I will say that they did not even want to reply to the letter or talk to me, closing the door in front of me as if they ate all their senses, they did not want to make the room available to the team I was running and also this was met by friends of musicians who are professionals in culture, currently running professional private music companies because such institutions near the city self-government closed the door in their eyes blocked the development of their culture of the band and other artists.

I want to mention that sometime during the time of communism or earlier or a little later there was a different level, even the secretary or other ruler could keep the level of music he listened to advisors because he was an intelligent man he always had some supervisory order over him which he had respect or, if he did not have it, he had the wisdom of life who told him and suggests the experience of earlier years that you need to listen to specialists in this field, unless he had knowledge himself. Summing up my article, I want you, dear rulers, because you've managed to improve your country for the better, I think that music schools are working better and better and other music training institutions, artists, are also better known, there are still things to be corrected, but it is much better, e.g. beautiful new buildings of music schools in the Podkarpacie region and modern instruments, so I think that someone will also go to improve the quality of community centers, I think that you need to start here with a change of administration, so that community centers will go to the Ministry of Culture, that professionals will take care of them, change the employees of these so-called officials there where their place, that is, for example, to the city hall or other institutions, can the local government and if they are smart, throw them away because they already took money for sitting and doing nothing itt. So I am asking you, dear elders and young people, who see some changes for the better in Europe and in the world, because they have certainly happened, so that you should follow the changes, let it be better, because if it will happen like this, in a few years we will have a generation of cyborgs insensitive to art, music, beautiful people Ideals of young people who will do everything when it comes to music for a smartphone and a computer and you will not need music instruments at all, and then it will happen that you will not even need those people who operate these computers, who will create art this music, so and these people will lose their job and positions and I think that it is as if he was bach or another composer from that period or later, e.g. Chopin rose from the grave, he would say that instead of remaining in beauty in the level of real music performed live, they retreated mentally and are less intelligent in terms of knowledge of the theory of composers' workshop and a different performance practice than the people of the 18th and 19th centuries because then in the choir where the toil was sung ne cantatas psalms other works were sung by simple people from the village and today such things are sung by professionals, so a simple comparison is here.
